The easiest way is to come off the M60 at Junction 11, Eccles and Iralm.
Follow the A57 towards Eccles then turn right at the Unicorn Pub.
Straight on, through the housing estate.
Straight across at the lights, under the canal bridge (11 foot height restriction)
Newhaven Business Park is about half a mile on the right hand side.
